Pay Securely

After selecting you dishes and building your order, you can pay for it using your debit/credit card. Our website is equipped with SSL, 7G firewall and other security enhancements that help protect your payment details and keeps you safe.

Package

Prepared on the day

We cook all meals and package them on the day of delivery. We do not cook and freeze ahead. We do not use old supplies. EVERYthing is made to order and packaged in convenient packaging.

Our Food Delivery Days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will email you in advance and confirm the address again, delivery time (usually between 2PM and 7PM) and any special delivery instructions.

We Are Here To Help You With Any Questions You May Have
Currently, we deliver all over London. For customers within a 3km radius, a £5 delivery fee will be applied to your final bill. For Customers outside the 3KM radius, a £10 delivery fee will be applied to your final bill. We are working hard to expand our radius, so stay tuned for updates!

We offer you the choice between Microwave ready or Oven ready packaging.
If you placed an order and wish to add or remove something from the order or cancel the order, you can email us at yasmeenkitchenuk@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number in the email and we will be happy to assist you. Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
Our menu is Fully Halal.
Most dishes have a 1 week lead time. Orders are delivered on Monday. Wednesday or Friday.
Our Food contains traces of: Sesame Nuts Gluten Soya If you suffer from any allergies, please get in touch before making an order. We can accommodate ALL allergy requests.
If you won’t be home, no problem, email us at yasmeenkitchenuk@gmail.com and we will reschedule or make alternative arrangements like leaving in a safe place. We always notify you of your 1 hour Delivery slot on the day of Delivery.
Our food contains no preservatives. It is best to consume the food within a day of delivery.
